Congratulations to Mimi Arp (super runner and my mother) for her sub 30 min. 5K today at the Wild 5 Race in Bettendorf Iowa! She ran a 29:44, great job Mom! Thanks for inspiring me to be a runner.
Also, I'm sending all of you best wishes for your Bolder Boulder run on Monday! I hope you are resting well today and starting to get psyched up for the big day. You'll do great!
